Our Team

CHRISTOPHER KIM

Chris is ALG’s newest team member and began serving as Gahram’s legal assistant in April 2024. Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University in 2020, Chris’ plans of finding a job were interrupted by a global pandemic. At the height of the COVID-19 lockdown, Chris decided to stay on campus to support and mentor collegians, serving on full-time staff with a campus ministry called Cru. During these two pivotal years, Chris worked with a small team of campus ministers to cultivate spaces for college students to meet together, engage in faith-based activities, and most importantly, avoid isolation. This time further cemented Chris’ heart for building deep human connections and serving the next generation.

Moving back home to the Golden State in 2022, Chris’ passion for studying the human experience and love for storytelling led him to pursue and receive his Screenwriting Certificate at the UCLA School of Theater, Film, & TV. During this time, Chris continued to serve college students through a California-based campus ministry called Kristos Campus Missions (KCM) and also found his current church (Church of Southland Chino), where he now serves as a worship leader.

Chris met Gahram at church and soon learned that ALG was looking for a new legal assistant. Having been searching for jobs in the film industry, Chris was surprised when he felt the Lord impress on his heart that this was the place he needed to be. Hearing Gahram share about the firm’s almost 20 years of existence as well as the Core Values ALG holds itself to, Chris knew this is where God wanted him to learn and grow as a young professional. Chris is so excited to be part of a firm that seeks to worship God through excellent work and service to our business and estate planning clients.
