In the recent weeks, we have been preparing for the potential ramifications associated with the COVID-19 (coronavirus). This meant that Avodah Law Group had been taking precautionary measures building up to the recently issued Orange County Health Order, which will be effective until the end of March. We’ve fully equipped all attorneys and staff to work remotely and most importantly at full capacity, minimizing any detrimental impact on our business operations and most importantly, our clients.
What this means for our CURRENT clients:
This means business as usual.
We are fully operational and accessible during our normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am to 5:30pm) via email and/or phone conference calls. If something is urgent or needs immediate attention, please contact our office manager, Ms. Own Her at: email@example.com.
For the health and safety of our current clients and our law group, any and/or all in-person signing meetings will be scheduled as soon as it is safe for us to do so, which will be after March 31, 2020 at the earliest. We will reach out to each individual client to schedule those signing meetings.
If there are any documents that you wanted to manually drop-off, please mail them instead to:
915 W. Imperial Hwy., STE 160
Brea, CA 92821
What this means for our PROSPECTIVE clients:
All new client consultation meetings will be conducted through conference calls or web video-conferencing. Further, consistent with our law group’s standard policy, both attorneys, Ms. Gahram Kang and Mr. Andrew Sohn will participate in all of these consultations so that our prospective clients receive the utmost attention to their matter.
Again, we are fully operational and accessible during this time as we have thoroughly prepared for our law group to operate remotely.
All of us at Avodah Law Group wish you and your families good health and safety during these times. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office.
